My name is Louise Whitnall.
I am looking for new mums who might like to join a therapeutic group. The group will be held in shoreham by Sea and is for Shoreham By Sea new mums.
I am a psychotherapist BACP accredited and trained in individual, couples and group work.
I have been aware for some time how isolating being a new Mum can be and wanted to start up a group to help support new mums.
Often income prevents mums being able to join groups so I am aiming to offer the group for free and if anyone can contribute they can.
I have yet to secure a venue in Shoreham, I thought I would first try to gauge times and day that would suit most people to see what might be possible.
