We are trying to find someone local to help us with school runs and babysit from 3-6pm 3 or 4 days per week, with looking after our two boys age 9 and 11, term time only. We are paying £10 per hour for this arrangement. Ideally it would suit a retired person or a mum with young children who can bring them too - and we can be a bit flexible on days and can cover some weeks ourselves if the person wants a day/ week off. Any ideas where to source this person?
