Koosa Kids?

Hi all - does anyone have any feedback about Koosa Kids in Whitton? My son is 4.5 (starts school in Reception) and I'd like him to go to a holiday club locally for a couple of days over the summer. We're only about a 10 minute walk from the Koosa Kids site at Whitton Sports Centre so that would be ideal but don't know anyone who's used it so would love some feedback on it. There's also Barracudas, which I know is really good, but also double the price and the location isn't as easy to get to. Thanks! Sam x

I would not recommend Koosa Kids holiday club in Richmond (Vineyard School). My child was physically hit, pushed and bullied by an older child on his first day this week. The staff didn’t seem to notice and nothing was relayed to me when I picked up.

On day two I spoke to staff at drop off to tell them what had happened and ask they keep a closer eye.

At pick up that day I found my son had been hurt again - punched, hit and pushed over with visible bruises by the same older child. When my child tried to tell a member of staff (who was close by and should have noticed this happening), he was brushed off and told to wait throughout the afternoon because she was too busy to speak to him.

We will not use them again. The staff don’t seem to care and seem incapable of keeping them safe.
