hi , just thought id put a thread out that I am setting up a page providing support, advice and friendship to any single parents in Plymouth.
I am hoping to cover things such as depression, anxiety, SEN, relationships, studying while being a single parent... as well as inspiration for crafts to do with the kiddies, days out, sensory play, providing some humour, meeting up for coffee, supporting friendships, tips and ideas for teaching your child phonics, reading etc
Please give me a shout if anyone wants to know more.
I myself am a 28yo single parent to a 5yo DD, ,just finished my first year at uni, was working alongside studying but gave it up to create a better work/life balance
