Hello, We are planning to move to South Wales, Whilst our ideal would have been Ogmore or somewhere in the vale, we have seen a beautiful house in Tondu. The town looks run down and not the sort of place you'd go for a walk with the kids, however it's on the hill out of Tondu so very pretty and peaceful. I also know that there is the nature reserve close by and the beach within 20 mins. I wondered if anyone with young children would give me an honest opinion of the area? I have a 5,4 & 2 year old.
