Hi all, I hope it's OK for me to post here - I haven't been on here for a few years, since my sons were born.
My family are being affected by a development that's being built at the end of my garden, and I'm trying to get support for our crowd funding page, for legal action against Croydon Council. We asked the council and developer to consider a 2 storey block, so that we wouldnt be so impacted by loss of light and privacy. But unfortunately they approved the 3 storey block, and local residents are shocked and upset. We feel there is conflict of interest within the planning team.
