Reliable, affordable tradesmen needed

Moving into a 3 bed Victorian that needs to be updated. Can anyone recommend plasterers, electricians, gas people, builders and structural engineers?

You may have already sourced these, but...

Electrician: Will 07824 304701. He's quite young but did a brilliant job 24 fitting rimless ceiling lights throughout my house, moving and re-routing plug sockets, fitting a wired fire/smoke/C02 alarm on 3 floors, replacing fuse box and connecting up all new built in kitchen appliances.

Plasterer: Mark 07843 611006. He did a great job plastering ceilings in all rooms of my house... except the kitchen which was done by one of the kitchen fitting team. Mark's work was far superior!

Both are local to Southsea.
