How often do you practice mindfulness? Does it work for you?
I'll be talking about Mindfulness for Parents in Clapham Junction Waterstones on 4th May, as part of the Wandsworth Arts Fringe Festival. Many parents feel that they don’t have time, or they can't practise in the chaos of family life. I'll be explaining why we need mindfulness and how to integrate it into family life.
It would be really great to see some local Mumsnetters there - come along if you want to learn how to stay calm in a crisis, feel more connected and keep a sense of perspective.
