We are moving from London to Oxfordshire, with DD starting St Helen's in year 5 and DS at Abingdon. It's looking most likely that we'll live in central/north Oxford so the children will need to get the bus to school. I'm trying to get my head round how this will work in practice, especially for DD, and would be really interested to hear from anyone who uses the route. I'd particularly like to get a sense of whether many girls use the bus - or if it's basically full of (obviously much older!) Abingdon boys - also of how long the afternoon bus takes to get back into town. I'd really appreciate any thoughts or advice..Thank you!
