I ve worked in schools and nurseries for many years now. The best advice I can give to parents looking for places is, firstly remember Its how you feel when walking around the setting, ask lots of questions, and remember that everyone is on their best smiley behaviour so don't be fooled! Don't always go by ofsted ratings i've worked in a few outstanding schools and they were no where near that, if only parents knew. Try and ask other parents in playground too.
