Hi, I'm new to this site. Please can someone help? I am due to receive a substantial amount of compensation. I lost my job in January after working all my adult life, I was in my last job for 13 years. I unfortunately have to claim esa due to being unfit for work. My question is do I have to pay back any benefits I have already received to the government when I receive my compensation or do they just stop me claiming? Any advice on this would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance
