Ridiculously frustrating day, let down by a preschool and now my new gp.
New in the area and service everywhere is not good.

Sorry to hear this. Its better than queuing for treatment in London. We also have erratic NHS service in Canterbury area, we make complaints to try to improve things. Its how it is and we make the best of it, same for nursery, grass is not greener, always on their case too!. Empower yourself...
