Relocating to England!

just looking for some advice, we are re locating from north wales with my hubby's work, he is working in Loughborough and we are looking at what areas would be good for us. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old any recommendations would be greatly appreciated on what towns/villages are nice. We are buying our first house so our budget isn't massive. We have seen a few houses in Coalville but have read mixed reviews online. School recommendations would be good and playgroups. (so much to think about when re locating with kiddies!!) thanks in advance!

Coalville isn't the nicest nor the worst area, Whitwick is an ok area close by, there are lots villages around Loughborough area Bunney, nampantan, Willoughby, Hose, Kinoulton to name a few but all are fairly expensive to buy. Bigger areas that you would get more for your money are areas like whitwick, Markfield.

There is a new development a whole new town called new lubbesthorpe which is close to j21/21A of m1 about 30mins drive to loughborough, 10mins into Leicester city centre, first phase complete and in couple yrs will be a whole new town first primary opens this Sept there. Lots positive reports and great community spirit there.
