I'm running a weekly meet up group in Farnham for mums to get together with or without the kids and support each other with healthy living and weight loss. I have been on a health journey myself and found that doing it in a group with support gives you the push to do it the right way.
The group is for everyone and anyone that wants to improve their energy, tone up or lose weight.
I have meals plans with snack ideas and tips on swapping unhealthy choices for healthy ones, easy exercise ideas and can offer full support for anyone that wants to join me.
its a great way for us mums to have some adult time and hopefully make some friends along the way.
