Moving near an MOT garage

Hi,
We've just had an offer accepted on a flat right behind the MOT garage that's on Sackville Road in Hove. Does anyone know whether this garage is noisy - i.e. is there much banging etc. involved in working on the cars?! Or if anyone has experience of living near any MOT garage, it would be great to have thoughts on whether it's noisy!

It will be noisy and they will park the cars on the roads outside so you can’t park. However, if you can live with that and it’s a good price it’s not a deal breaker.

I certainly wouldn’t. Cars coming and going all day, cars being parked out on the road etc
