Moving to Halesowen

Can you kindly advice on areas that are best for a family with young children to live in Halesowen. Thanks

I would recommend Lapal area of Halesowen.

I have family who live there and it is the most affluent part of Halesowen. Lapal primary school seems to perform well.
There are local bus connections to Halesowen town centre, Brierley Hill
For the Merry Hill Shopping centre, and Birmingham.
There is easy access to the M5 motorway.
There are plenty of shops close by and easy access to large shopping centres close by.
Leasowes Park in Lapal is on the English Heritage lists of parks.play areas,woodland and a lake.

There's Howley Grange area, the school is marginally better than Lapal or Lutley which is closer to Halesowen Town or the houses up behind the cricket club off Dogkennel lane.

Thanks simonisnotme. Howley Grange and Lutley will be an additional search area for me. I actually don’t know Halesowen area at all but would want a good part within there to live. I will look at the areas too. Many thanks for your time.
