Relocation to Nottingham

Hi Ladies,
We are thinking to relocate to Nottingham. Can you please recommend some areas with good schools and nurseries. Does anybody know any good SEN schools for ASD in Nottingham. We are family of 5. Our DS1 has ASD and in London, it is very difficult to get special education needs school placement. We have heard Nottingham is good city but we don't know much about it. All the comments will be highly appreciated.

Sorry I can't answer your specific question. I would say it's worth checking how things work with the City and County Councils, as there may be differences and many Nottingham suburbs are served by County schools.

Areas with good schools generally, include West Bridgford and Beeston but there are lots of individually good schools scattered all over the place.

Your housing budget will make a big difference to what areas and catchments you will easily be able to find a house in.
