Sell me your house, please

Do you have a 3+ bed house with a garden near durnsford park, alexandra palace, muswell hill, East Finchley at a push, near good primary but not too near a busy road (noise averse). We are first time buyers and can move quickly but market is so stagnant! V depressing. Am I asking for the moon?

I might be. Weighing up my options very carefully. 4 bed in catchments for Muswell Hill primary and Fortismere, pretty red brick and 5 min walk to MH Boradway .

Out of interest - what price range are you expecting to be buying in or have you seen? I've had two estate agents give me very different potential selling prices. Its not cheap either way for a first time buyer.
