I've done a bit of running before and am looking to get back into it. The thing I'd like to change this time round is to run with others and join Ware Joggers (found this very daunting in the past....!). I'd possibly even like to try the coaching sessions, never thought I'd say that! If anyone else wants a buddy to run with/join WJ with, please give me a shout!
