Anyone live here?
What are the schools like?
Where are the nice areas?

We like the Tankerton slopes and it's parade of shops. There's a lovely cafe with a shop, family friendly, but I couldn't tell you the name.

The Bubble cafe probably.

Whitstable is lovely. Lots of good primaries. Secondary schools are a bit more of a pain - a couple of good ones in Canterbury though, and the grammar schools obviously. Tankerton is nice, Seasalter bit dated but nice, into Hampton and Herne Bay much cheaper. There's a nice community vibe, lots of creative types and a good local mums network (active FB group too). HTH
