I teach a post natal class in Dunfermline, Fife, Friday mornings 10-11.30am at St Andrews-Erskine Church on Robertson Road. For details see www.j2fm.net/yoga or Yoga for Mums and Babies on FB.
Suitable for Mums with babies 8+ weeks or 12+ if Caesarian section.
For an assignment I need to produce a handout showing all activities offered to parents and babies around Dunfermline and it's surrounding area, so any suggestions will be valued.
