Coil fell out

Hi

I had a marina coil fitted 3 years ago, and last week it just fell out while I was in the shower. (Is that possible) An now there is a funny smell and blood also sharp cramps. Also there is no where to fit one over this holiday season.

Has anyone else had this

Also with it just falling out I don’t know how long it wasn’t sitting properly in position. Could I be pregnant
