Afternoon tea in St Albans

Hello, I'm after some suggestions please. My sister lives in St Albans and I'd like to get her a gift voucher for her birthday for afternoon tea somewhere. I live 100 miles away so don't really know the city well.

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you
