We are looking for ladies who need a new motivation to get fit and healthy. For those ladies who hate a commercial gym and would like to graft in privacy this is specially designed for you. We have community fitness classes suitable for for all women.
The programme will include:
4 x 12 week programme's
3 x per week training sessions
Nutritional advice
Goal specific training
Training at a Private gym facility
We will work on endurance, strength, co ordination and posture. Which will result in a toned physique and a healthier body and mind.

Sessions are based at a private personal Training gym in Addiscombe, Croydon. (This gym is not open to the public, sessions will be done in private)
