Weighing clinic in Ruddington?

Hi all, we've recently moved to Ruddington in Nottingham and (so far) have not heard from our new health visitor.
I'm hoping somebody could point me in the right direction for where the local weighing clinic is?
Our baby was very poorly after a traumatic birth so just want to keep on top of things like this.
