Farthing downs area

Hi all,
Please can anyone tell me if this area is nice and safe? We saw a house there last weekend. Thinking of putting in an offer. DH and I both commute to London for work.

Any local info / advice welcome!

Yes it is safe, easy to get to central
London and the schools are good. I am surprised not more people are clamouring to live there, farthing down is lovely - where are you looking
