Relocating to Broadstairs help needed... PLEASE

Hi all,
My husband, 3 girls and I are looking to relocate to broadstairs. We are looking for prices around 350 to 400,000. Would we find anything in the ‘nicer’ areas of Broadstairs? If so, where are the nicer areas?? Any help would be appreciated.
I’m just starting to look into this so any advice would be great.

How many bedrooms are you after? Detached? Garden? Parking? How much work could you do?

A nice sized 4 bedroom detached house is likely to be around £500,000, but if you can compromise on garden and perhaps end of terrace/semi, you might find suitable places in that price range.
