My ex has regular contact with my children when he decides to show that is ,i took him to court in 2014 to get him to see the children on a regular basis and within a routine, he failed to keep to this and now just sees them when suits, after a recent argument he applied for full custody off the children even though I have given him open access to the chidren, im concerned can anyone offer some advice.
