Hi. My name is Laura and I am in my last year of psychotherapy training. As part of my course I am required to observe a mother and baby for the first year of their life. The idea behind this is to learn more about this crucial stage of development which then helps in work with children and adult. The focus of the observation is to observe a baby developing into their own person and how this occurs within their relationships.
