Have you joined children’s university with or without your child’s school? You can now join even if your child’s school isn’t participating. I have experienced the variety of activities and the wonderful graduation ceremonies. I would highly recommend it. It’s hard not to shed a wee tear st the graduation ceremony when the children are dressed in their graduation gowns.

Children’s University is a charity that works in partnership with schools to develop a love of learning in children. We do this by encouraging and celebrating participation in extracurricular activities in and outside of school. The impact of these activities is proven to be positive which is why we’re committed to creating a level playing field of opportunity and opening up access to children of all backgrounds.

Peterborough CU aims to:

encourage children and young people to try new activities
add value to the wide range of out of school activities taking place in Peterborough
raise aspirations of children, young people and their parents/carers
have a positive impact on attitude and behaviour
support children and young people’s health and well-being

All you need is passport to join! If your school is not a part of the Peterborough Children's University, you can purchase a passport by e-mailing [email protected] Passports cost £6.00. you can view all of our learning destinations by searching Children's University Learning Destination on the search engine.
