If you're thinking about going back to work, volunteering, getting more qualifications or making a life change and you'd like some help with assertiveness, confidence and interview preparation, you might be interested in coming along to one or more of the following courses which will be held at Verulam School in St Albans over the next few months.
The courses are run and subsidised by Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning so will only cost you £5 per course.
