Decent sauna/ day spa in central Manchester?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere for a swim/sauna in central Manchester? I'm not looking to do any treatments, just want somewhere quiet with a decent sauna and pool.

Park inn?

Are you looking to go regularly or just for a one off? We've been to a few for a day's spa deal with Groupon or similar.

I liked the pool at the Bannatynes Health Club on Quay Street. In general, the club could use a bit of maintenance, so don't expect 5 star standards but a decent size pool, which was very quiet when we there.

We also had a nice spa day and swim at the Park Inn, it was pretty much brand new so very smart.

Thanks! I'm just in Manchester over the weekend so a one off.

Radisson Edwardian looks great. I think a footballer moved out of the 5 star Lowry Hotel to here so he could use the pool.
