January 2018 Primary School Admissions

I am relocating from the British Virgin Islands with my 2 kids 7 & 10 in December, trying to get them into school for January. Found a place on Church Road near Moseley High St.

So the questions is; what is the process of getting them into school? And how do I go about it?
