School catchment areas for 2017-18

Does anyone know if Bromley Council has released the school catchment data for 2017-18 yet? We are starting to look at schools for 2018 admission and would like to know which schools we at least have a chance at getting!

Hi, if you go to this link www.bromley.gov.uk/downloads/file/3171/applying_for_a_school_place_2018
Download the info sheet and it has every school in Bromley with furthest distances children got offers for last three years of admissions. So you can have a good guess whether you would be likely to be close enough although distances obviously change each year so you can never be 100% sure. Good luck!

That is exactly what I was after, thank you. Couldn’t find it myself - last year they had it as a separate PDF on the website.

Good news is that based on last year’s distances we would get into all of the schools we are thinking of applying to. In 2016 that would not have been the case!
