Newham Council is giving away 10 free 24 hr all zone permits to every house registered for Council Tax in Newham. This is regardless of whether or not you have a car and regardless of what other permits you have previously claimed. You can claim under in your My Newham account under 'apply for it' and then 'visitors permits'.
