Living in Raynes Park/Wimbledon

Help needed please! Just moved back to London. Trying to buy a house preferably a 3 bed with a garden, off street parking and close to green spaces. Seen a few nice homes in Raynes Park but not familiar with the area. What's it like living here? Would you live here over Wim park/ Kingston/ Earlsfield?

I’ve lived in the Raynes Park area for a couple of years and really recommend it.
Earlsfield is probably viewed/classed as a ‘nicer’ area but because of that tends to be more expensive so I guess it depends what your priorities are.
Raynes Park has great travel connections (overground to Waterloo takes about 20mins), is very close to Wimbledon town centre which also has the district line and has some great nursery’s.
It also has some nice little cafes/restaurants close by and a big waitrose.
I really enjoy living here and if I could would stay in the area for the foreseeable!

And it's also jolly handy for A3 access, and Kingston for shopping .

Living on the Raynes Park side of Merton may give your children access to some of the nearby Kingston state secondary schools too (thinking highly sought after Coombe Girls and Coombe Boys in particular). Plus Tiffin Girls and Tiffin Boys (super-selective grammars) easy to reach.

Think the housing stock range for Raynes Park is far better than for Earlsfield TBQH!!
