Treated unfairly at work

Returned from Maternity Leave as a part time employee and since then have moved departments several times. I have adapted each time and tried hard to do what is asked workload wise but am being criticised. When i say i'm not happy i simply get told 'oh'. I am now being monitored and called into formal meetings to see how i work and feel under pressure. This has made it harder and harder to go into work each day for me. Just working part time i do feel like not working would be the better option!
Anyone in a similar position?

Does your work place have a union? And if so are you a member? It seems a bit odd for them to call you in a formal meeting. Have they give you the reasons why they are doing this ?

Other than a union I don’t have much advice. Maybe ask for this to be moved to the work and employment board for wise people there.
