My 16 month daughter won’t sleep!

There are probably already posts out there RE this but I really need advice!!! My 16 month daughter won’t nap and then at 5pm she gets really sleepy and cries her eyes out and falls asleep, but then she is wide awake at 11pm until 2am!! This has been happening for the past week and I’m going crazy!!! Please help!!!

Sorry to hear, my routine was

at 6:30pm watch cbeebies In the night garden, give baby a bath brush teeth, bottle/cup, sing song (sleepy nursery rhyms) book and then bed.

I also recommend blackout sheet just in case baby now wants to sleep in darkness.

If she woke up it was userally wet nappy or she was thirsty so would change her nappy give her a little water, cuddle then back to bed.
