We've been asked to share this special search for a nanny/carer.
Exceptional nanny/carer needed , based in the TUNBRIDGE WELLS area, to take on the care of wonderful family of 3 children, whose mum is suffering from a terminal illness.
This is a position for someone with a very big heart who is looking to stay with the family, and become one of the family.
33-40 hr/wk Mon-Friday : A day's hours comprise 7.30-8am school run then 12-7pm.
3 children, 2 schools. Ages 10, 9 and 7.
The family are of Christian faith.
Kids are loving, affectionate and full of spirit (the boys like outside activities like scooters, bikes, catch, etc but aren't particularly team sporty). They also love art and craft.

Approach: We believe the right person will establish loving boundaries with the children and discipline should come from love. This ideal person should be organised, proactive, gentle but firm, engaging, with a broad general knowledge, efficient and capable of striking a balance between duties and spending time with the kids. She or he would want a long term, permanent role as the mother will make provision for their care once she is gone. For the right person, it could be live in.
Mother does not need to be looked after, only the children.
Driver required. Non negotiable. (with own car, if possible)
