I am so confused I am 25 weeks with my first and have not had a 25 week appointment through I have called the community midwife and they have suggested I should have made the app through my GP however my notes say my app should be in the children's centre not the Drs my midwife made no indication of me to make the appointment my other half was with me at my 16 week appointment and also does not Remmember us being told to make the app. I have tried calling my midwife direct but no answer what should I do???
