Cambridge Bootcamps

Has anyone been to these? I think they're an early-morning, park exercise group. From their FB page I think diet is also looked at but I don't know if it means a complete change or just tips (this is important to me as I cannot be cooking more than one meal for the family, given other commitments).
Anyway, would anyone recommend this or a similar group? Needs to be somewhere a complete couch potato with ongoing issues from old injuries can go.

Hi - i go to Cambridge Bootcamps (www.cambridgebootcamps.com/), women only. It's great as there are a wide range of abilities, shapes and sizes. You can "opt in" to the healthy eating but not everyone does. They have a wide range of times and locations - from early morning to evening to weekend based. They will ask you to complete a form before you start which will allow you to detail any old injuries.
Hope that helps!

That's very helpful, thanks. Sounds like a possibility for me then.

Can I be cheeky and ask the costs?

Hi ChoccyJules, the costs vary - have a look at the website as all the plans and options are on there. Do ask if you have any questions :)
