Edinburgh removals - Forth Movers?

Hi all

We’re moving from Edinburgh to south of England and had quotes from five local companies. Forth Movers came in at around £1000 cheaper than most of the others.

The only worry I have is that I’ve read that one should always use a company that is BAR (British Association of Removers) registered, and they are not. Other than that they seemed ok when they came out to quote, reassuring info on website, etc. We’re also using their storage facility to store our stuff for a few months whilst we sort a house to live in down south.

Anyone else used them or heard good / bad things?!

Did you get a quote from Clockwork? We used them twice (Granton branch) and they were excellent.

Actually, no but will maybe give them a call. Forth Movers were £3000 cheaper than Pickfords, so very hard to beat.
