Good homebuyer survey & solicitor to recommend

Hi,
We are hopefully to move to Guildford and in the process to buying, we are some South East area of London so don't know much about the area. I'm looking for a homebuyer surveyor to do a full building survey, and a good solicitor in Surrey area. Can you please recommend me one, any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

I use TWM in Epsom, they have a large office in Guildford. I used them for conveyancing and will-writing a few years ago.
