Hiya KiwiSangie, A friend of mine recently told me about this app that she's been using, which I found really helpful for finding recommendations for all sorts - nannies, tutors, fun days out etc. It's called Trusted Parents and it connects parents with other parents in the local area so they can exchange advice, favours and recommendations etc. with each other. It might be a good way for you to find a recommendation for a reliable local nanny? Here's the link: www.trustedparents.com - good luck and let me know how you get on!
