Children weekend activities recommendations please!!

Hi All, we have just moved to Petts Wood a few weeks back and i am looking to sign up some weekend activities for DD (9), DS (11) for the new school term in September, any recommendations please? We are probably too late now to sign up for September, but any last minute remedies?

DD loves dance and swimming, DS loves football and is a huge fan of LEGO, and local LEGO classes? thanks all

Southborough library does a fornightly lego club on Saturdays. For dance, you want Studio 74.

Orpington swimming club?

Welcome to the area! Bromley Fencing Club (based in Orpington) runs on a Sunday morning. There is a Saturday swimming club based at Bromley High school (can walk there from PW through Jubilee Park). Also swim clubs at the Walnuts leisure centre. Dance classes are done at Petts Wood Oakley Gym as well as memorial Hall. Get a copy of the Petts Wood Gazette if you haven't already, it comes with membership of the Residents Association and has a table of regular local happenings but isn't 100% comprehensive but is very helpful.
