Good builder to recommend?

Hi, We live in Esher, Surrey. We are about to refurbish our house including bathrooms refit, retiling and some internal alterations (with walls to be knocked down). We also plan to build an extension on ground floor in two months when we get permission. Does anyone know a good local builder to recommend?

I can also recommend Vita Architecture based in Betchworth/Reigate area. They are quite well connected in local areas with the different trades if your project needs an architect to lead :)
