The easiest way to meet parents in Pimlico is to join the Pimlico Mums email group. Just email pimlicomums at hotmail dot com. You'll get a weekly email with loads of things to do with kids - local and across London. There are also some WhatsApp groups for local parents so ask about those when you email requesting the newsletter.
