Our lovely nanny is having to leave us very unexpectedly. We're gutted and also now need to find someone really fast. Does anyone have any recommendations for experienced nannies who might be looking for Monday to Wednesday 10 hours a day? Ideally searching for someone with a very calm, child-led, gentle and responsive approach to care.
Our twin boys are 18 months old. I'd really welcome someone with twins experience, or at least looking after similar age children in the same sort of age range.
