I’m Katrina and work in the University of Leeds clinical trials unit as a medical statistician. But more importantly, I love cats and have from an early age. My parents got 2 cats (one white, one tortoiseshell and white – both beautiful!) before I was born and these were with us until I was 14 (so I have lots of feeding and cuddle giving experience!). Since then I’ve volunteered in catteries (where I gained some experience administering medication) and have taken every chance I could to spend time with cats. As I’m now renting a flat in Leeds, I’m sadly not allowed a cat, so being a sitter for Cat in a Flat is the perfect opportunity for me to get my dose of cat cuddles whilst helping out the owners
