Do any of you get to playgroup often or are your little ones in nursery?

Hi everyone

I'm Helen and I live in Aberaeron with my husband and daughter. I haven't been to any playgroups yet. I'm quite shy and don't really know many people, so my girl and I ttend to go shopping or to a cafe instead.

I'm trying it be braver though, it's just walking in when you don't know anyone that bothers me .
